I do understand that some of you are upset by the lack of updates from dev with regard to the Power Pack and a service pack to resolve some existing issues or bugs. Most of our UTL customers have been enjoying the product and what it provides to their simulation environment. What I will not continue to let happen is the constant railing from a select few here because the updates are not happening fast enough according to their own timetables. As my last post explained, Tom is under a severe time constraint right now due to his wife’s ongoing cancer fight and managing his new family commitments during this trying time to care for her and his two teenage children since getting married last year. She just recently went through another surgery, so the fight is still ongoing.Work continues on the product when he is able to do so. It is what it is until his wife’s health improves. All future posts complaining about the lack of updates and complaints will simply be deleted at this point. I am not going to allow this forum to get toxic when the circumstances are out of our control and I have explained the situation a few times already. If any new news comes about, I will be the first to report it. Otherwise, keep the posts constructive. Thanks to those who have helped others resolve certain issues and workarounds as we all deal with these unexpected issues in the development cycle of Ultimate Traffic Live.I would also like to thank those who have exercised patience and understanding and hope that Tom’s wife has a speedy and successful recovery from fighting the Big C!
