also ich freue mich darauf. mag GEX etc. überhaupt nicht und bin deshalb fast nur in ORBX regionen unterwegs. das könnte sich demnächst ändern. bin gespannt!
Bei aller “Vorfreude” auf FTX Global muss man wohl beachten, dass nicht so heiß gegessen wird, wie es gekocht wurde.
Ich hab in den bereits veröffentlichten Gebieten noch so viel zu erfliegen, dass ich mir Zeit lassen kann und erst mal die ersten Reaktionen bzgl. FTX Global abwarteen werde.

Ganz ehrlich? Die Screens sehen schon lecker aus. Sind aber für mich total irrelevant. Grund: Ich habe aus FPS Gründen die Anzahl der Häuser/Bäume auf 50/300 beschränkt. Wenn man die Regler für die Screenshots voll aufreißt, ist alles voller Objekte und sieht natürlich auch klasse aus, aber könnte das hier gesehene (die ländlichen Screenshots ausgenommen) ein “normaler” FSX Rechner bei anständigen FPS genauso darstellen?
Von vollgestopften Städten lasse ich mich zwar nicht blenden, aber die Strukturierung und die Texturen von Feldern & sonstigem Untergrund sehen, wie man es von Orbx kennt, auch super aus 🙂
P.S. Ich hoffe eigentlich auf Screenshots aus 30.000+ ft, gab es da eventuell schon welche?
Also mich reißen die Bilder noch nicht vom Hocker. wenn ich das so richtig gesehen habe, wachsen auf der ganzen “Welt” die gleichen Bäume und Sträucher. Nicht eine Palme auf Hawaii, in den Strassen von Alexandria oder am Zuckerhut in Rio. Schon etwas unrealistig, oder ?
Bei einem Preis von über 70 Euro werde ich sicher auch nicht zu den Erstkäufern gehören.
Bestimmt ist der Preis für das Gebotene gerechtfertigt. Wer allerdings so wie ich zu 99% in Europa oder den FTX Regionen unterwegs ist, für den ist das Preismodell nicht sonderlich optimal. Was soll ich mit Texturen für die ganze Welt..?!
Ich hoffe, daß es da bald eine Lösung geben wird bezüglich der Hin-und Herschalterei zwischen den Regionen und daß nicht andere Add-ons “zerstört” werden oder Patches erfahren müssen. Aber John hat ja gesagt, daß es wohl entweder bei Veröffentlichung oder etwas später eine Lösung gibt! 🙂
Solange die Lösung nicht “kauft FTX Global” heißt, bin ich zufrieden 😉
Ihr müsst das etwas differenzierter sehen. Ich z.B. bin erst kürzlich vom FS9 auf den FSX gewechselt und freue mich auf das Release von FTX Global. Ich habe mich daher ganz bewusst entschieden, bis zum Release keine andere, grossflächige Szenerie zu kaufen um dann voll auf FTX Global zu setzen.

Na gut, ist ja auch schwer, bei einem derartig globalen Tool. Ich werde es mal weiter verfolgen und abwarten, was die Ersttester so zu vermelden haben. Ich bin nämlich mit GEX auch alles andere als zufrieden …
