Gerade hat sich bei uns ein neues Entwicklerteam vorgestellt, das unter der Marke “FlightSim Development Group” (FSDG) auftritt und sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, qualitativ hochwertige Szenerie Add-Ons für FSX und FS2004 zu schaffen. Nun, der Name ist neu, die Leute, die sich zusammengeschlossen haben, sind aber erfahrene Designer. Zu ihrem Portfolio gehören u.a. Maldives X, Keflavik X oder Corfu X.
Ein erstes Projekt ist in der Entwicklung auch schon weit fortgeschritten: die Umsetzung der tunesischen Insel Djerba (nur FSX) samt internationalem Flughafen Djerba-Zarzis (auch für FS2004). Zahlreiche Screeshots von Djerba X finden sich im neu geschaffenen Forum von FSDG. Angepeilter Release ist im Januar 2012 u.a. im simMarket. Der erste Eindruck ist gut, und man darf gespannnt sein, was da noch alles kommt …
Corfu X has nothing to do with FSDG, the project was done directly for Aerosoft by the developer. This developer is now working on other projects for us where FSDG is also not involved.
